Cardio Dance
Cardio dance is a FUN workout class in which high-energy dance choreography is set to upbeat music. Creating an exhilarating experience of self-expression, joy, and aerobic exercise, which improves your stamina, coordination, and mood. All while providing a full-body workout.
Yoga
Yoga is a practice to connect your body, breath, and mind. It involves a mix of stretching, strengthening, breathing, and relaxation. You don’t need to be flexible or athletic to try it - yoga meets you where you are.
Some styles of yoga are calm and meditative, others are more active and energetic. But at its heart, yoga is not just about exercise. It’s a way to feel more centered, focused, and at ease in your body and life.

Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening your core, improving your posture, and increasing flexibility. It involves slow, controlled movements done with focus and proper breathing.
Pilates helps you feel strong, balanced, and supported from the inside out. It’s great for building strength, easing back pain, and improving body awareness, whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned athlete.
Fitness Based Classes
Group fitness classes focus on increasing muscle strength through various forms of resistance training, such as weightlifting, resistance band exercises, or bodyweight workouts. Participants are guided through structured routines that target major muscle groups and cardiovascular systems to improve overall fitness and health.

Meditation
Guided meditation classes calm the mind, connect you with the present moment, and help you find inner peace. Meditation helps you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and body without getting overwhelmed by them.
